Last Thursday ASP organised its “end of the summer BBQ” at the Waerboom in Dilbeek. It was a pleasant get together with the ASP team, our partners, suppliers and customers.
After the welcome drink, Dany gave a small presentation on our services and the evolutions within ASP. At the same time, our Marketing Officer Lieze, proudly presented our new ASP website to support his presentation.
ASP has recently become a Specialist Partner of ServiceNow. This partnership provides highly specialized skills in IT Service Management. A big “Thank YOU” to our dedicated ServiceNow team for all the efforts and to our customers for their trust.
ASP’s main focus is helping customers in their digital journey towards excellent customer and employee experience. We believe that this can only be achieved by selecting the right technologies and platforms. That is the reason why we selected ServiceNow back in 2016.
As from this year, ASP became a certified Boomi Partner as well. Boomi connects any combination of cloud or on-premise applications in a record time and cost-efficient way. This fits perfectly with the story we want to bring to our customers.
Dany also wanted to emphasize that our customers can always use our support portal for problems. But of course, the phone is still the first way to deal with very urgent cases.
After the presentation, we enjoyed a nice BBQ and a pleasant “get together” with our customers & colleagues!
