Advanced Service Provider (ASP), a leading provider of managed services and ServiceNow solutions, today announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Service Integrators, a Belgian company specialized in monitoring and observability.
This strategic move strengthens ASP’s position in the market by expanding its service portfolio, its workforce and expertise to its customers.
Founded in 1993, Service Integrators works with over 50 customers across Belgium in various market verticals – Public sector, Health Care, Finance, Industry, Retail … and delivers three key managed solutions :
- monitorNOW: An intelligent monitoring solution that adapts to your specific application and technology needs.
- updateNOW: Automates upgrades and updates for your entire Digital Transformation Platform.
- secureNOW: A SIEM solution that pinpoints security issues and provides complete visibility into your systems’ security monitoring.
The combined expertise of ASP and Service Integrators will offer a wider range of advanced solutions and services to our respective customers, enabling them to significantly enhance their IT operations. This acquisition also includes the seamless integration of monitorNOW with ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB platforms, providing a significant added value to ASP’s ServiceNow practice and customers.
