As a Network Engineer at ASP, you will manage the network-related operations of several clients and implement new solutions. Tasks and responsibilities

Your primary duties and responsibilities will encompass: 

  • Incident and service request-handling respecting the internal procedures  
  • Projects such as design, installation, configuration & upgrades of complex networks (VLAN 802.1q, STP/MLT, TCP/IP, QoS, ACL, Active Directory integration,…)  
  • Ownership for the client relationship: you are recognized by the client as a business partner, from whom to seek advise  
  • Staying abreast of emerging developments, ensuring your knowledge remains at the cutting edge of industry trends 
  • Gain experience, become an expert in your field and guide your colleagues with their complex technical questions  
  • Contributing as a valuable member of our stand-by support team

How do you qualify for this position?

Must-have: 

  • Certifications are certainly a plus 
  • Take the client’s needs into consideration, being a good communicator, a real problem solver, pay attention to details and fearless in taking initiative

Nice-to-have:  

  • Speak fluently English, Dutch and/or French (written and spoken)  
  • Bachelor in IT with at least 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or Master in industrial/civil Engineering

You have a technical expertise in at least 2 of the following domains:
