The job

As a ServiceNow Developer you will be able to design, develop, implement, and maintain applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. A ServiceNow developer is responsible for leveraging their technical expertise to automate workflows, improve business processes, and optimize the organization’s use of ServiceNow.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations.
  • Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance.

How do you qualify for this position?

  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Interest in learning ServiceNow platform features and scripting.
  • Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies (academic or internship experience is welcome).
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is a plus or willingness to obtain it
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
