Following the European General Data Protection Regulation, personal data is any information that relates to an data subject.

- an email address such as email@example.com;

- location data (for example the location data function on a mobile phone);
- an Internet Protocol (IP) address;

Information we collect
Information you give us
Information we receive directly from the data subject are personal data collected through webforms on our website.
Personal data will be processed by ASP in these interactions:
- Submitting the contact form;
- Requesting an appointment, brochure, demo;
- Registering for an event;
- Subscribing for a newsletter;
- Applying for a vacancy.
In aforementioned interactions, personal data will be processed, including:
- First name and last name;
- Email address;
- Phone number;
- Company / organization on behalf of which the person is making his demand.
We use the data processor Mailchimp for sending newsletters. By subscribing to an event or newsletter, you agree to the terms of Mailchimp. A data processing agreement has been made with Mailchimp to protect your personal data, see more info here https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/.
Information we collect from available resources
Information we can find on public sources like the public LinkedIn profile of the data subject, the website of the company / organization and any public available source of information on the world wide web.
Information we connect using cookies
Cookies are small text files that can be stored on your computer when someone visits a website. Information such as “a choice of language” could be saved in this text file. If that person would visit the website later again, this cookie returns to the concerned website. In doing so, the website will recognize the person’s browser & could retain it’s choice of language.

How to disable cookies

We may not keep your personal data for longer than what is necessary for the processing purposes for which they were collected. We will appropriately and securely dispose of your personal data when it is no longer required. We take into account the sensitivity of your personal data, the purpose and the legal requirements in order to use the appropriate retention period.
General contact details and marketing details will be stored up for 5 years after the last contact.
If you have not been placed in a job by us, your personal data will be stored up to 3 years after the final contact (candidate database). At the end of this period you will be contacted again to rectify or erase your personal data.
We keep basic information about our customers and suppliers for up to 10 years for liability, legal, tax and compliance purposes after the end of the contract.
Passing on to third parties
Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties. We only use services that process personal data if we have a processing agreement with them, if they are necessary for our services and information provision and if they can guarantee the secure storage of personal data with a guarantee for your privacy.
Your personal data will only be passed on if this is necessary for the purpose for which you gave your consent and provided the personal data. A third party is called in to take care of (and distribute) newsletters and invitations. A third party can also be called in if this is required and permitted by law (e.g. in the context of a judicial investigation).
We do not provide personal data to parties based outside the EU, except for Mailchimp and Google.
