Human Resources Officer.

- Recruitment: drafting and publishing vacancies, screening candidates and supervising the interview process
- Onboarding & offboarding: coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process of employees
- Learning & Development: supporting and stimulating the growth and development of employees
- Performance management: preparing and following up on evaluations and action points
- HR policies: keeping HR policies and the employee handbook up-to-date
- Employee support: first point of contact for HR-related questions
- Fleet support: follow-up of the fleet together with the BackOffice
- Employer branding: strengthening the employer brand
- Trends: being up to date with socio-legal changes
- … There is also plenty of room to take initiative and develop proposals!
- Experience with recruitment tools and HR software
- Knowledge of HR policy and social law
