The job
ASP is fast growing IT Multi Service Provider, we are supporting our customers in their digitalization journey, this include providing them robust and safe on premise, hybrid and cloud infrastructure solutions as well as working with them on new and innovative processes. Helping our customers to achieve their business goals. To follow the important market trend around cloud and hybrid solutions, we are looking for a Microsoft Solutions Manager, to help us better support our customers and strengthen our relationship with our partner Microsoft.
You will be responsible for the growth of our Microsoft Cloud business model. You are, both internally for your peers and externally for our customers, the reference person & trusted advisor for Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions. This requires having a strong technical knowledge; a good understanding of the commercial offering of Microsoft; as well as an interest and a sense for commercial discussions that involve cloud.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ASP’s Microsoft cloud based service offerings that best fulfil customer requirements & needs
- Be our main contact to Microsoft and become a reference in the Microsoft Azure community.
- Be an up-to-date certified and trained Microsoft Azure / Microsoft 365 expert.
- Build a strong network of IT professionals and managers
- Identify & understand customers’ needs and translate them in articulated and practical Microsoft cloud-based solutions.
- Take responsibility to achieve personal and career advancement goals in line with our personal development programme
- Attend and actively participate at cloud related events.
- Support our sales team with service offerings, innovative commercial ideas, leads, etc.
- Support our marketing team with blog post, relevant events to attend, content to share, etc.
How do you qualify for this position?
- Bilingual Dutch/French and have a good knowledge of English.
- You have an education in IT and a strong interest for cloud technologies.
- You have experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and/or Microsoft 365.
- You have knowledge and experience of a structured sales process.
- You are passionate about cloud technologies and like to share your ideas with customers and colleagues.
- You will be self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
- You have an affinity with sales and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to ‘win trust’, selling on the quality, expertise and integrity of ASP.
- You are skilled in creating proposals to a high standard and delivery of professional presentations.
- You are immune to stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are able to work independently as well as in a team.
- You are accurate and have a great sense of detail.
- You like to come up with creative ideas and can act upon them.
- You are good at multitasking.
