The job
As a Junior Platform Consultant you will get the chance to work in an existing team of ServiceNow enthusiasts. By working closely with the team, you will have the opportunity to develop new digital workflows, enjoy an enriching work experience, and discover the endless possibilities that this platform can offer!
You will learn how ServiceNow streamlines the work throughout an organization, the mobile part also plays a key role in our projects. You will be involved in configuring the Now Mobile App for our customers.
Tasks and responsibilities
- Follow the ServiceNow platform admin training and get certified.
- You will need to have a full understanding of the business flow and the requirements before starting to configure the platform.
- You will work directly with our (internal) customers (process owners, key business users, business analysts) to grow your hands-on knowledge and have a full understanding of the business flow.
- After a successful first year playing and mastering the NOW Platform, you will have more responsibility like becoming subject matter expert, managing customers’ projects or guide newly hired colleagues.
- Make ServiceNow part of your DNA and act as a true ASP ServiceNow Ambassador.
How do you qualify for this position?
Attitude is more important than knowledge. Of course, thanks to your education, you acquired general IT knowledge which will help you a lot. But what really makes the difference is your analytical attitude, critical thinking, and creativity.
We are a multilingual, open-minded company. Our colleagues come from many different places around the globe and can easily communicate in English, Dutch and/or French. Knowledge of all 3 languages is a plus.
